Prepare the Noodles:

step 1 First of all, boil water in a big vessel.

Step 2 Now put rice noodles in the water and cook it for 4-5 minutes even after the noodles become soft.

Step 3 Now take out the noodles in a vessel and wash them with cold water, after washing keep these noodles on the other side.

Prepare the Soup Base:

Step 1 Now take a vessel, add olive oil in it and heat it on medium flame.

Step 2 When the oil becomes hot, add ginger and garlic paste in it

Step 3 Now keep cooking the ginger and garlic paste for 1-2 minutes until the paste is cooked. But make sure that it does not turn brown

Cook the Vegetables:

Step 1 Now put the vegetable mixture in the vessel.

Step 2 Keep frying till the vegetable becomes a little soft, for about 4-5 minutes. If you are using a solid vegetable like carrot, then chop it very thinly. So that the vegetable can cook evenly.

Add Broth and Seasonings:
